Appointment Request

Whether your pet is under the weather or just needs a check-up, call us to schedule an appointment. For general inquiries, drop us an email or use the contact form. We look forward to hearing from you!

If your pet is sick and needs immediate attention, please reach out to one of the Urgent Care or Emergency Care clinics in our area. If you have a more urgent medical reason to request an appointment, but your pet is stable, please reach out to us by using the widget buttons or links below or by text or phone. We try to have select appointments open each day for medical and urgent visits. Please be aware that those are at pre-established times, are first come, first serve, and we prioritize our established clients.

For new clients a $50 deposit is required. A link for that payment will be sent to you after booking your appointment via an email. That will need to be paid within 24 hours to keep that appointment.

New to Milwaukee Vet Clinic?

We look forward to meeting you! You are now able to book an appointment for your annual wellness exams which include vaccines, or for an exam to establish care with us. This will likely be 2 weeks out or further, depending on availability. A $50 deposit is required. A link for that payment will be sent to you after booking your appointment via an email. That will need to be paid within 24 hours to keep that appointment.

IF your pet is sick, please reach out to us by phone or text. We will be able to advise you better on what we might be able to do, or otherwise advise you on next steps.

IF you feel your pet needs some medical attention, but it is not urgent, do please request an appointment below and we will respond to this request depending on the information you provide.

Book a Behavior Appointment

We are proud to be Fear Free. We believe that behaviour is a crucial part in making sure your pet has a healthy and happy life. To assist you better with behaviour issues, we are now able to provide this through our Behaviour Consultant appointments. Please note that if you are new to Milwaukee Vet Clinic and would like to book in-person (in-clinic) appointments, we will require a $50 deposit and proof of rabies vaccination.
